  1. I recently had an abortion, I feel like Meg story is beautiful. It truly inspired me to live today. I just wish that one I could write a song or a poem that explain how I feel about my choice and the impact it has made on my life. As of right now I feel that I am not dealing with things well. I wish I could spoke meg to figure out my resources in find a spiritual post abortion grief rituals. I looked for help here in Southern Oregon and have found none. Maybe I am not search for the right thing.

      There are many different ways to process your emotions and there are many types of post-abortion rituals. It is important to find what’s right for you. Just like Meg, many people have shared their own rituals on the podcast. Maybe listening to some of their stories will give you some ideas about what you can do for yourself.
